Ashton Harris turned eight this year. I should have made him dress up for this photo. With our traditional birthday hat!
Ashton's birthday coincided with the movie release of Shawn the Sheep. So we took his two good friends and went.
This is Isaac and Nolan, and Jacob of course. We ate at McDonald's before the movie
The movie theater had reclining seats. Shawn the Sheep has no talking, so I admit to being bored. But they loved it.
Later on that night Jed hung up an Iron Man pinatta. The kids all had a good time beating it with a bat.
And it took quite a lot to crack it. Finally someone knocked his head off but otherwise that thing really took a beating.
Later we had a cake with a Iron Man Hulkbuster Action figure on it.
And Jacob wore the Ultron mask the whole time.
Of course he got lots of gifts! Happy Birthday Ash.
