My kids are always coming up with new games. Hide under the couch cover is the most recent. No idea why a dark space is that much fun but it is.
Thanks the Beverly for the easter buckets! My kids put them on and promptly informed me they were crayons or aliens. They could not decide.
I took the family to the Madison Zoo. Its free and quite good for being small. A fun day held by all.
Take a parent to breakfast at school. Boy Ashton was so sad he couldn't ride the bus. He didn't begin to enjoy eating with us till it was almost over.
Emma was fine. No tears here. Jake loved just getting out.
Yard work and playing outside. Boy our grass grow three inches each time it rains. We sure do enjoy our yard though.
Soccer! Emma started soccer. Its a short program but introduced skills and short games to kids. She has been continually getting better. Last week she assisted in a score and actually blocked a ball playing defense.
This is what Jakey does during the games. He is a true cone-head.
This is Ash writing his name on freezer doors in the grocery stores. He is finally interested in learning letters and numbers. He might have to repeat kindergarten twice since he is so immature but we sure are glad to see the interest begin. We'll see.
This is the other activity my boys do when Emma plays soccer. They find the nearest dirt patch (left by some machine?) and play in it. Jakey likes to put it down his shirt then gets mad he has dirt everywhere. Sheesh!
