Orlando Trip #1

At the end of January we went on a winter trip to sunny Orlando. It helped that Frontier ran a special for $69 dollars a flight - round trip. We couldn't pass that up. So to Florida we went. While we were  there, Jed took Emma to do baptisms at the Orlando Temple. I walked around with the kids and enjoyed the lovely grounds, and the warm air, and the pretty flowers. All the while it was snowing back home.

Aren't they super cute?

The weather was so nice!

I admit, I miss the Florida fauna. These pretty plants don't grow where its cold.

And we decided to go to the beach, of course.

Emma just couldn't decide to go in the water. There might be "stuff" in there she might step on.

Sand castles decorated with shells was a much safer option.

Jake and Ash had no trouble getting in the water.

Jed had the great idea of having them run in the water toward him. We even talked Emma into it.

Sadly, we just couldn't get Jacob on task. He always veered off to splash in the waves and who can blame him?

These are just cute. We buried Jake and then pestered him.

Two Peas in a Pod

A mermaid tale is in there somewhere.

Three sillies.

And sandy zombies.
